My lower back has been bothering me for years, and this has quickly become one of those things I reach for all the time. The heat feels amazing, it covers my whole lower back, and I love that I can also use it on my stomach or shoulders. So glad I finally replaced my old tiny heating pad.

Some days the discomfort from my sciatica makes it hard to relax after work. I put the heating pad over my lower back while sitting on the sofa. The gentle warmth gives me relief, and I like how soft it feels.

I was looking for something soft and easy to use on days my sciatica acts up. The pad feels cozy and covers the area I want warmed. I’d like a longer cord, but overall it’s been a nice comfort to have nearby.

After a long day on my feet, I sometimes get an ache that travels from my lower back into my leg. This gives me a comfortable way to apply warmth while I rest.

My sciatica can make sitting in the evening uncomfortable, especially around my lower back and hip. I lay the pad across my lap while I read, and the soft warmth feels soothing. It’s become part of my wind-down routine
